Director Biography - GABI BANIA

Her greatest passion is creating short animated films, in which field she is a self-taught. Since 2018, in addition to stop motion animation, she began to deal with 2D computer animation too. Gabi also deals with large-format drawing and painting, creates artistic photos, photobooks, writes texts, including film scripts, stories, poetry and essays.Gabriela Zofia Bania - GABI BANIA.
A secondary school student at the Film High School with Bilingual Departments at the Warsaw Film School.

Director Statement

The film "Phantom" is an adaptation of the Polish poem by Adam Mickiewicz under the same title.
It is a touching story about an unhappy love stronger than death.
